The CFF will be holding a Pre-Combine Workout at The Hangar @ Downsview Park. We will be practicing and coaching up the skills and drills that will be timed and tested at our 1st Annual CFF Combine in February. This Pre-Combine Workout will be provided FREE by the CFF for ALL High School Student Athletes in the GTA!

Drills:
- Electronically timed 40 yard dash
- T-Test/Shuttle Test
- Vertical Jump (Tower)

Skills:
- Positional Drills
- 1-on-1′s
- CFF 4-on-4′s

This event will also be a chance to PRE-REGISTER for our upcoming CFF Combine @ Lamport Stadium

York University invited all of our 2011 CFF training camp participants to their exhibition game vs Bishops on Saturday. Some of our CFF athletes that were interested in attending York got a chance to check out the campus 1st hand and talk with York’s Head Coach Craney 1-on-1.
It was a beautiful day for football and a great day for CFF!
